Unfortunately, the bathroom fittings were in need of maintenance during my stay. The toilet roll holder was loose, which was quite inconvenient. the absence of breakfast options was disappointing, as it would've been nice to have that amenity available.

Heating randomly switched between boiling and completely off, quite frustrating!!! No milk provided for drinks in the room, which is a basic expectation!!! A few more lighting options in the room would be appreciated!!!

Just a strong match for a whistle-stop in Wells with good value for price. The delightful decor in the room added a cozy touch. Be prepared for narrow corridors. they can be tricky if you meet someone!

We had a delightful stay with fantastic staff who made our experience memorable. The decoration in our room was charming, and the complimentary tea and coffee was a lovely touch. Don't miss dining at the pub. the food was exceptional! Highly recommend visiting for a cozy retreat!

The newly refurbished decor created a welcoming atmosphere. The spacious room had a beautifully furnished interior that added to the comfort of our stay. The staff were accommodating, with Dan providing exceptional recommendations for local spots. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food offered in the pub below, which made for a delightful dining experience.

The room was exceptional—spacious, beautifully decorated, and the ensuite had an impressive shower. I appreciated the great location for easy access to the city center and enjoyed the fantastic food at the pub downstairs. Even though breakfast wasn't available, there were lovely cafes nearby, one close to St Cuthbert's that I particularly liked.
